ATR SMARTSEARCH WORKFLOW™

We get it; sometimes, you want a little more support.  That is where the SmartSearch™ workflow comes in.  This proprietary workflow built within AES adds over 4,000 automated checks and balances to your search. With ATR SmartQC+™ review, all your ancillary searches are checked, examined, and inputted into your precommitment format for your underwriter.  Each SmartSearch™ includes a title alert letter, which is a signed letter by our director of operations, highlighting all critical title needs.
