Job description:

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service, clear communication, and efficient handling of title orders and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage order intake, updates, and status requests
  • Coordinate with examiners and production teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Provide updates on turnaround times, requirements, and results

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (title or real estate industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate industry
  • Familiarity with title search processes and terminology
  • Experience handling high-volume client communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
