Action Title Research acquired Brandi’s company, Central Property Search, in November 2017. She currently leads the Pennsylvania operation, pursuing opportunities and tackling new challenges. Her knowledge of Pennsylvania land title search and insurance-related issues is broad and detailed, and the relationships she has built with her staff, customers, and industry partners is a testament to her passion and commitment to the land title industry. Brandi has extended those relationships throughout the Action Title Research family and is helping us to improve and deliver better solutions to our customers in PA and NJ each day. Brandi lives in Collegeville, PA with her husband and two sons, where they enjoy rooting for all the Philly teams.
